Hybrid Bar with Milled Teeth
Our hybrid bars are made with a milled titanium bar and screws from the manufacturer. The teeth are milled in-house in multilayer PMMA for strength an aesthetics. We also provide a digital file for the milled teeth in the need of refabrication or retread.
Split Bar
Our split bars consist of a titanium substructure with full contour zirconia sleeved over the bar, offering more strength and stability in long spans and distal cantilevers. This is ideal for implants that are placed more than 2 teeth apart, or if the distal cantilever is more than 10mm from the terminal abutment.
