Backup Dentures

In the event that the implants do not torque to a required value to immediately load or any other changes to surgery, a backup denture is provided to ensure the patient is leaving surgery day with some form of dentition.

Prosthetic Guide

A prosthetic guide is provided to ensure the proper multi-unit abutments are selected as well as to achieve optimal screw access.

3D Printing

We 3D print everything from temporary backup dentures to our prototypes - on-site and mobile - allowing for quick turnarounds and easy remakes.

Mobile Lab Services

Our mobile lab unit allows us to bring everything needed for a digital conversion to you - giving 3D printing capabilities to offices without a printer, and providing a digitally designed temporary the day of surgery.

Intraoral Scans

Intraoral scans are taken the day of surgery to capture all necessary data for same-day digital designs as well as post-op to capture the healed tissue, temporary prosthesis, counter, and bite.

Photogrammetry

Photogrammetry scans are taken the day of surgery as well as post-op to capture the precise implant location at an accuracy within 5 microns, providing a perfect fit every time.

Digital Design

All of our products are designed digitally using exocad. We design on-site at the day of surgery as well as in-lab for prototypes and final prostheses.

Final Insert

Your choice of final prosthesis - hybrid bar, zirconia, or zirconia split bar - will be processed and finished with care. Final screws will also be provided.
