Conversion & Insert of Provisional (surgery)

Fabrication of Final Prosthesis
At this time, the lab will need to know what the final restoration will be - Acrylic Hybrid or Full Arch Zirconia. Final fabrications are done digitally.
Digital Protocol for Final Prosthesis
- Take intraoral scans of the temporary, bite, and opposing arch
- Remove temporary, place white caps and scan for tissue
- Perform in office photogrammetry scans utilizing ICam 4D by iMetric
- Fabrication of bar and milled teeth for hybrid try-in or 3D printed prototype in OnX Tough 2 for a zirconia final
- Completion of Acrylic Hybrid or Full Zirconia Restoration
