Faster and More Precise Turnarounds for Temporary Prostheses
Quick and Cost-Efficient Prototypes, Surgical Guides, & More.
3D printing in dentistry offers significant benefits including increased accuracy and precision, faster turnaround times, high customization for patient-specific needs, improved patient communication through tangible models, cost-effectiveness through in-house production, and the ability to create complex dental structures with intricate details, ultimately enhancing the overall patient experience and treatment outcomes

Speed
A 3D printed prototype or temporary can be printed, stained, and glazed in under an hour, allowing for same day provisional inserts or quick turnaround times on prototypes.
Accuracy & Precision
The key steps to digital dentistry such as intraoral scanning and photogrammetry pairs with 3D printing to create a more predictable and aesthetic product. 3D printers and digital dentistry eliminate many manual errors, leading to highly precise and accurate outcomes.
Cost-Efficient
Reduces the need for external labs and excess materials, allowing for long-term savings after the initial investment.
What We 3D Print
We print a variety of products and appliances for each step of a full-arch restoration using SprintRay 3D Printers.
Temporary Backup Dentures
In the event that implants to do torque to a required value to immediately load, a backup denture is essential to ensure the patient is leaving surgery day with some form of dentition.
Prosthetic Guides
Our prosthetic guide is essential for choosing the proper multi-unit abutments to achieve optimal screw access.
Prototypes
Our 3D printed prototypes are a "try-in" for patients to test drive or as a temporary for fully digital same-day surgeries. The patient wears this provisional for a few weeks to see how it looks and feels before going to final, giving the opportunity for any design changes to be made. Because this is 3D printed, we can quickly fabricate revised versions due to design change or reprints due to a broken temporary.

The First and Only 3D Printing Resin FDA-Cleared for Full-Arch Restorations
SprintRay’s NanoFusion™ technology suspends the optimal amount of ceramic in the formulation, which minimizes mixing. NanoFusion™ enhances structural integrity, so restorations printed with exceptionally tough and suitable for demanding dental applications like implant-supported dentures. OnX Tough 2 is the best-in-class for strength and lab-quality aesthetics, able to be printed, washed, and cured in 30 minutes.
